SKINNY PROJECT DAY 3: TURNING WORKOUTS INTO SOMETHING FUN

I know that breakfast is one of the most important meal of the day, today i didn't really consume that much food for breakfast. Anyways, for lunch i had a spinach soup with bits of tofu which is kind of a ripoff from the japanese miso soup but this is just the stingy version of it. Heres the recipe:

STINGY RIP-OFF MISO SOUP:

- 1 tie of spinach

-diced tofu

-pinch of salt

-half an onion

-1 clove of garlic

-water

it tastes plain but i got no choice but to eat it. So far, i'm feeling less fatty when eating this for lunch and dinner. Exercising also helps minimize the cravings for deep fried foods and sugary stuff. i took one bite of a cupcake after working out though (i know...i know) -_- and to be really honest it didn't go well with my tongue because it just automatically decides to go for the greens. For my first try on exercise, i used to think of it as a chore but right now i found another way to make it even more interesting. DANCE WORKOUTS. another honest moment, I SUCK BADLY at dancing...it's completely not my thing. the only thing related to dancing that i ever did was HEADBANGING (thats not even related to dancing!) to skid row. (METALHEAD HEALTH!) woohoo! i spent my hours laughing at myself messing at some steps but right now i'm kinda loving the dance workout thingy. its kinda fun and the best part of the workout is having julianne hough teaching all the moves (DAMN! she has a kick-ass body) AKA one of my favorite movie stars since we have the same height. she's the reason why i wanted to blast off these thunder thighs of mine. IT'S ALL HER FAULT! yeah i know some people would say that this kinda exercise is sissy or you're not burning anything (I FREAKING SWEAT AND BURNED LIKE CRAZY!) but IDGAF because i think its fun and easy thus no one cares or looks if you stumbled or anything. My answer, JUST GO FOR IT.

here's the workout video:

A super fun exercise coached by the lovely miss hough!
